If your client is stuck loading your SkyComputer or is getting a 401 Error message, you likely have an old version of the client installed. Simply go to your ‘AppData’ folder and delete the LiquidSky folder. Download the latest version of the client on our website (https://www.liquidsky.com/downloads) and select Install.

This is true for many error messages, such as ‘No parameters for connect to vm’ or ‘You have connected using a different device’ or ‘Servers Are Full’. Try closing and re-opening your client and it might solve the issue.
