If you create your account with a Hotmail or Outlook address, you may not receive our Confirmation Email. This is an error by Outlook that is being addressed. We’ve spoken to Microsoft regarding the issue, and they are fixing the problem.

Until this has been confirmed fixed, we recommend using a different Email Service Provider instead to create your account (such as Gmail). If you are migrating your old LiquidSky account and have a Hotmail/Outlook Email Address, we recommend you contact support to have your account manually activated. You should receive access to your account within 2-3 Business Days.
