If your home screen seems to be empty and not showing certain sections and buttons, there is a chance that there was an error during your registration/migration process. The account created will be incomplete and you may experience the issue mentioned above.

Try going through the registration process once again and make sure you don't click the navigation buttons more than once. If you are in a distant location, it may take longer for the client to respond so please wait patiently as you do not want to skip any registration steps. Completing the process properly should fix your issue.
